ZYNEXEL INC – TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Zynexel INC[Zynexel General Contractor and Zynexel] a licensed and insured contractor operating in the states of Florida and Washington.

By hiring or engaging Zynexel INC[Zynexel General Contractor and Zynexel] for any construction, remodeling, or general contracting services, the client (“Customer”) agrees to the following terms:

1. Scope of Work

Zynexel INC[Zynexel General Contractor and Zynexel]will perform only the services agreed upon in a written estimate, proposal, or signed contract. Any additional services must be authorized in writing and may result in additional charges.

2. Estimates and Payments

All estimates are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Payment schedules will be outlined in the contract.
Final payment is due upon completion of the project. Late payments may incur interest or additional fees.
 

3. Permits and Licensing

 Zynexel INC[Zynexel General Contractor and Zynexel]complies with all local, state, and federal laws and holds the necessary licenses to perform work in Florida and Washington State. If permits are required, the responsibility for obtaining them will be specified in the contract.

4. Project Timeline

Estimated project timelines are provided for planning purposes and may be subject to change due to weather, material delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Zynexel INC[Zynexel General Contractor and Zynexel] will make reasonable efforts to keep the customer informed of any changes.

5. Access to Property

The customer agrees to provide access to the job site during normal working hours and to ensure that the site is safe and free from obstructions that could delay or prevent work.

6. Warranty

Zynexel INC[Zynexel General Contractor and Zynexel]provides a limited workmanship warranty of [typically 1 year – confirm desired duration] from the completion date. This warranty does not cover damages due to misuse, neglect, or external events such as flooding, fire, or other acts of nature.

7. Liability

Zynexel INC[Zynexel General Contractor and Zynexel]carries general liability insurance and will not be responsible for damages beyond the scope of the agreed-upon work. Customers must notify Zynexel INC[Zynexel General Contractor and Zynexel]in writing of any claims or concerns within 15 days of project completion.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract in writing if the other party breaches the agreement. If the customer terminates without cause, Zynexel INC[Zynexel General Contractor and Zynexel]is entitled to payment for all completed work and any non-refundable expenses.

9. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mediation before seeking legal action. This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida and Washington, depending on where the project is performed.

10. Privacy and Data Use

Customer information is kept confidential and used only for communication and service purposes. Zynexel INC[Zynexel General Contractor and Zynexel]does not sell or share customer data with third parties.
