🦺 Safety & Compliance

Our Commitment to Zero-Incident Operations

At Zynexel INC, safety is not just a policy — it is our operational standard.
We maintain a zero-incident culture grounded in accountability, training, and continuous improvement.
Every project — from aerial installation to underground placement — is executed under strict safety supervision and environmental responsibility.

Regulatory & Industry Standards

All Zynexel INC field operations are performed in full compliance with:
	•	OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) guidelines
	•	NESC (National Electrical Safety Code) standards
	•	Local, state, and federal regulations in Indiana and Florida
	•	Client-specific construction and documentation requirements

Our safety protocols are regularly reviewed to align with evolving telecommunications and OSP industry standards, ensuring every crew member operates within approved parameters.

Job-Site Safety Practices

Each project begins with a Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and daily tailboard meeting to identify hazards, assign responsibilities, and verify PPE compliance.
Technicians are required to:
	•	Wear proper PPE (helmet, eye protection, reflective vest, gloves, boots)
	•	Maintain clear communication with supervisors and locators before excavation
	•	Follow flagging and traffic-control standards near public rights-of-way
	•	Inspect all tools and equipment before each shift
	•	Report and document safety concerns immediately

These practices create consistency and accountability across all field operations.

Environmental Responsibility

Zynexel INC takes proactive steps to minimize environmental impact.
All excavations are limited to light trenching or controlled mechanical methods, and backfill or restoration is completed the same day whenever possible.
This ensures site integrity, community safety, and compliance with local restoration requirements.

Training & Verification

Our technicians complete annual safety and technical certifications, including:
	•	Confined-space awareness
	•	Ladder and aerial safety
	•	Fiber handling and fusion-splicing safety
	•	First Aid and CPR

All certifications and safety records are available for client verification upon request, ensuring transparency and trust.

Documentation & Accountability

Every project includes documented pre-work briefings, restoration photos, and as-built records for traceability and audit readiness.
Typical deliverables include:
	•	Safety checklists and supervisor sign-offs
	•	Site and restoration photos
	•	OTDR and testing records (when applicable)

“Safety and compliance are not optional — they are the foundation of every Zynexel INC operation.”

By maintaining a disciplined, safety-driven culture, Zynexel INC ensures the protection of our personnel, our clients’ assets, and the communities we serve across Indiana and Florida.
