Zynexel provides professional installation, configuration, and technology-integration services through the Zynexel Network and Zynexel Fiber divisions. These services are performed with care, industry-standard practices, and best-effort professionalism. However, the following disclaimers apply to all installation-related work:

 

1. Scope of Service

 

Zynexel installations include setup, placement, configuration, and basic verification of equipment functionality.

We do not manufacture hardware, and we do not modify devices beyond standard configuration.

 

2. Customer Responsibility

 

Customers are responsible for:

Providing a safe, accessible work environment

Ensuring the property allows drilling, mounting, or wiring

Confirming permission if renting an apartment or commercial space

Providing accurate network information (SSID, passwords, ISP data)

Ensuring equipment is compatible with their internet provider

 

Zynexel is not responsible for performance issues caused by:

Poor ISP signal

Faulty modems, routers, or third-party devices

Electrical problems, old wiring, or unstable power sources

 

3. No Guarantee of Performance

 

Zynexel does not guarantee:

Internet speeds

WiFi performance

Camera connectivity

Network stability

Third-party device reliability

Range or signal coverage

Performance depends on:

The customer’s ISP

Building materials

Device quality

Environmental interference

Customer’s usage and maintenance

 

4. Equipment & Third-Party Devices

 

Any equipment installed (routers, cameras, smart-home devices) is manufactured by third-party brands.

Zynexel:

Does not provide warranties

Does not cover manufacturer defects

Is not responsible for device malfunctions

Does not repair devices outside installation scope

Manufacturer warranties apply directly through the brand (Eero, TP-Link, Reolink, etc.).

 

5. Property Modifications

 

Some installations may require:

Drilling

Mounting

Wire routing

External or internal cable placement

 

By requesting service, the customer acknowledges these modifications and accepts responsibility for them.

 

Zynexel is not liable for:

Cosmetic damage from standard installation procedures

Pre-existing structural issues

Problems caused by old or unsafe building materials

 

6. Security Cameras & Monitoring

 

Zynexel installs and configures cameras but does not:

Monitor footage

Store recorded data

Guarantee video quality

Guarantee system uptime

Guarantee prevention of theft, damage, or intrusion

 

Security system performance depends on the customer’s devices and internet connection.

 

7. Network Instability or ISP Issues

 

Zynexel is not responsible for:

ISP outages

Network congestion

Slow speeds

Router resets

Backend ISP maintenance

Weak neighborhood infrastructure

 

ISP problems must be resolved by the provider

 

8. Liability Limitations

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Zynexel is not liable for property damage related to installation work

Zynexel is not responsible for loss of data, connectivity, or equipment failure

Zynexel is not liable for incidents involving theft, intrusion, or security breaches

Services are provided on a best-effort basis.

 

9. Customer Acknowledgment

 

By requesting installation or configuration services from Zynexel, the customer acknowledges and accepts this disclaimer, including all limitations and responsibilities listed.
